By using data already provided to us MyArgus ensures that you are not asked to submit the same information multiple times. What Our Privacy Policy Covers:
Our Privacy Policy covers how MyArgus uses personal information that MyArgus collects and receives, including information related to your past use of MyArgus and Argus products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, address, email address or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
- You can edit or delete details on your MyArgus profile by clicking on the appropriate "Update My Details", and "Change My Password" buttons.
When you use My Argus you are subject to the terms and conditions of the MyArgus site. You can cancel your MyArgus account via the Cancel MyArgus account page.
Bookings
When you make a booking with MyArgus, MyArgus needs to use personal information about you and other passengers included in your booking. We request the following information, depending on what specific service you require: name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, gender, date of birth, city and country of birth, driving license number, class of driving license, passport number and type and country of issue of passport. Sensitive information such as health, medical, dietary, mobility and religious requirements may also be required. This personal information may be passed on to other suppliers of your travel arrangements in addition to public authorities (customs and immigration), security and credit checking organisations and otherwise as permitted or required by law.
Secure Transactions:
All requests and credit card confirmations sent to us from My Argus pass directly through our secure server to protect your information. To check that your browser is using the secure server, ensure that a small padlock icon on the lower part of your browser window is visible. When it is in the 'Locked' position, it means that your transaction is secure. These security features are only activated for pages where you can view and submit your request or confirm your quote by providing your credit card number
Information Sharing and Disclosure
MyArgus does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested.
Confidentiality and Security:
- We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you in order to do their jobs.

MyArgus uses cookies.
